Hi Monique
"You did such a wonderful job of transporting my cat at such a
young age, I felt very comfortable leaving my cat Cleo in
Monique's loving care. It was a plus that you are a vet nurse
which made me much more comfortable than I felt at first.
This is a big credit
to your company. Thank you to you and your company for
your excellent work and wonderful communication. I will be
recommending you to anyone who is transporting a pet. Thank you
once again."

Hi Monique
Just sending you a few photo's of Tabu. His
travels went well - I think he was a bit stressed on his arrival
in Perth - but it was expected. He is VERY HAPPY now and
all back to normal!
Here are photo's of when we dropped him off in
Auckland,
loading him into our van on his arrival in Perth (exhausted),
enjoying Perth's fresh air and on the doggie beach with his
new buddies!
Thanks again for everything and all your help

Hi Monique
Just wanted to say thank-you for sorting the
problem out
on Friday with NZ cargo. I was starting to panic cos I thought
I wouldn’t see my little man. Anyhow, Diesel has settled into
his new home and he’s such a lovely wee pup. So placid and
full of love. I took some pics of Diesel and Dad on the weekend.
(see attached)
Thanks again for your help.
Kind Regards |

Hi Monique,
Sorry it took me so long to respond, my internet
was just connected
today, this is my first e-mail in over a week.
Thank you so much for
the wonderful e-mail about your experience with
Ziggy, I love the
pictures, they are so cute. I appreciate all the
care you took in
arranging her travel, the cage was still pretty
dry thanks to all the
shredded paper you put in. You were right, she
didn't go to the toilet
in her carrier, I think the little bit of
dampness was from her water
dish, but she seemed to be as comfortable as
possible. Ziggy is
doing great at our home, she is adjusting just
fine.
The Los Angeles portion of her trip turned out
fine, everyone we
encountered that had anything to do with Ziggy or
her paperwork
were so nice and helpful, it took 3hrs to collect
her and put her on
the next plane, they also really liked her which
was very nice. Thanks for complimenting her shiny coat, in
addition to her kitten biscuits I also
feed her baked chicken twice a day, I can't
believe it makes her coat
so nice, but I can't think of what else it would
be.
Thank you so much Monique, I felt confident you
would take good care of
Ziggy, you have been very thoughtful and
professional from day one, I'm
very happy we used your service, I would recommend you to anyone
who might need pet transport in you area. My husband thanks you
also.

hi
there!
Glad you recieved the payment ok, thanks for letting me know.
Ted has arrived safe and sound -rather jet lagged and bemused in
his new surroundings but making himself at home and adapting
really quite quickly! After all it was one heck of a journey
from New Zealand, the temperture difference alone is enough to
confuse him - we had freezing fog on the drive back from
Heathrow and temperatures of -6C last night!!
It's so lovely to see him, he was so excited at the pick up
centre
and crying and kissing both me and Steve!! I couldn't believe
how
skinny he was, he's always been trim but weighed 42Kg when I
left 5 months ago now he's about 37kg!! He's scoffed abig bowl
of
food and loads of water last night so with a bit of extra tucker
I'm
sure I can get some meat on those sticky out bones again.- life
on
the farm must have been full on!!
No matter the cost it was worth it, just to have my family back
together again! He's not traumatised or unwell after the
experience at all. It must be down to your care and attention.
Thank you so much! It has been a
pleasure to deal with you, very professional and efficient at
communication whilst retaining that all important personal
touch. I
felt sure that everything would go well with you looking after
it!
Thank you so very much!
I've attached a picture of me and my boy for your rogue's
gallery!
Best wishes for Christmas and I wish your business goes from
strength to strength! |

Kia ora Susan,

Milo here…
My mum and I are settling well into Adelaide, Australia.
Thanks for helping me to get here and for allowing my mum to be
able to take me overseas with her.
Also for making things as least stressed as possible, and
getting any extra info we requested. You provided an excellent
service: friendly, fast and reliable, with reasonable /
competitive prices.
I would certainly recommend you to any of my furry 4-legged
friends, and my mum to hers, both here and back in NZ. |

Hi Monique, that is great news!!!
I have spoken to Dave and we
think it is probably best to do exactly the same procedure as
last time if possible (pick up on Thursday for Friday flight) as
Dave's schedual to be able to pick him up from London only
allows for Saturday's. Is this OK? I think Byrons issues are
because of all the boxes I have packed so he is abit uneasy
knowing something is going on (part of the reason I wanted him
gone before I moved to Alice and Sams). Thankyou so much for all
your help and support for us you have been fantastic!

Hi Monique
Just to let you know she has arrived safely - it
took quite a time to have her cleared as they waited until the
next flight came in as there was another dog on that flight so
they cleared them all at once so we only managed to collect her
about 2 hours after her flight arrived but am glad she is here
safe and sound. Thanks so much

Hey there Monique.
Noel is home safe and sound. He was a little stressed, but
that's to be expected (though he can't have been too freaked
because he was all about eating some takeaway chicken we got
from a drive thru on the way home from the airport!)
Thanks so much for everything- I'll send
some pictures once he's a bit more
settled.
Take care! |

We
collected the two dogs earlier this evening and have enjoyed
their somewhat subdued company since. I have no doubt they will
revert to playful and feisty as soon as they sleep off the long
trip. Thankyou for your service and the friendly manner in
which you answered all my questions

Hi Monique
Sorry its taken so long for me to get back to you about Zara.
Well she hasn't let her dad out of his sight since she got to
Perth, Brett was amazed when they brought her out on a
forklift, there she was way up in the air lying down in the cage
all relaxed like she didn't have a care in the world, her cage
was dry and clean which we expected she had drunk all her water
and was very thirsty when Brett got her home. Zara has settled
in nicely although she was still in New Zealand time and had her
dad up in the morning 4 hours earlier than he would of liked,
she hasn't worked out yet why the crows get upset with her and
what all the fuss is about.
Thank you very much for taking those extra miles at the last
minute for Zara, kids and I really appreciate your kind and
caring nature, thank you again Monique.

Hi Monique.
Thanks very much for your superb service in
getting our Ruby to us here in Oz.
She arrived safely and was so excited to see us.
She is back to her normal self now as the last 4
months were a little confusing for her, but she is now
completely relaxed to be back with her family.
Thanks heaps.
I would strongly recommend yourself and your
company to anyone that requires pet transport as your service is
highly professional, friendly and totally 100% reliable.
You are the best

Hi Monique,
Pleased to say that Jones arrived safe on friday, he seemed to
travel ok, there was a female cat from Sydney travelling with
him and he was more interested in her than me!
He's very confused at the mo, not sure what to do with himself,
doesn't help it's fireworks every night either.
thanks again for all your help in getting him here!

Hi Monique,
Sorry it's taken me a few days to write to you!!
When I finally got to Melbourne there was a
lovely message on my cell phone to say that Gypsey travelled
well on the plane and that she seems relaxed and comfortable at
the cattery here in Melbourne!
I have yet to go and see her as we are
frantically busy flat-hunting and are unfortunately on foot so
that all takes some time!!
It sounds like Gypsey has been in good hands all
round, so thank you soooo much for the great job you have
done!! I will recommend you to anyone needing some asssistance
with pet transfers!! |
