Rupert and I made it to Brisbane in one piece. I’m not sure Rupert is impressed with me at the moment though. He was not a happy chappy when I picked him up at the airport. He looked a bit frazzled and he was very hot.

Right now she is in a quarantine cage so I can see her poops etc but its not a small cage, its quite big so she can move around and play. She is eating up a storm, hungry kitty!

You both deserve my sincerest thanks and gratitude! I am so happy to have her she looks much better in real life too!

Customs went like a dream, all over in 10 minutes.

Just to let you know Jaz arrived safely in Brisbane after our flight, we did encounter some turbulence on the way but didnt seem to have bothered her at all. We put her in the car for about an hours drive and she was just chilled out in her carry box all the way.Thank you for looking after her and for answering all those emails!

Arla arrived all safe n sound. She wasn’t stressed or anything when we got her, then we got home and she was both excited to be out of the crate and somewhere new with lots of new smells etc. Today she is just her normal self and settled in super quick. Thank you so, so much!

Just an email to thank you for all your help and support with flames journey to Melbourne Australia. You are just great amazing person!We have both just arrived home flame was curled up at back of cage at pick up at toll was brought out of forklift I said her name then she was rocking the whole cage very happy wanted out of the cage right away. It’s the best day today back with flame thanks to you and all your help please find attached photos taken at Flame’s new home.

All went well for Topsy she was ready and waiting at the collection depot immediately after our flight and very happy to see us.Thanks for all your friendly yet clear and concise communications. I liked your website is very easy to use and get good relevant information. The entire process was very straight forward, we are very happy to have her with us and she can’t stop wagging her tail.

Thank you so much for all you have done to make this transition go so smoothly. You have totally given Shilah so much love as she is definitely relaxed when she arrived in Australia.We were at the airport all early this morning but lots of waiting and staff at TOLL were amazing. We had to go away and have a coffee for an hr and when we came back she was there in her crate but needed to be checked by quarantine. I could see her through the glass and that was really hard. The staff went out to her and said she was so calm and very happy.

I tried to be calm and as soon as she heard my voice her tail is wagging and she’s doing the wining but the locks on cage were Cabled tied and I was trying to rip them open to get her out. She jumped out lay down for a tummy rub…. well lots of them!! She was so good straight into ute.

When we got home she sniffed at everything and ate heaps and is very sleepy and happy as you can see from pic.

We are very happy to give you a reference or use this as a reference.

We are home with the animals now, I’m absolutely over the moon. Poor little airhead Luna is not very happy about the car ride home but I’m sure she will survive. We are all here & all safe. Just before we had to board the plane we managed to see Bob in his crate and as we waited to leave the plane – again we saw him being taking off – all to our delight knowing he was on the same plane lol.We opened his crate and he cried, jump and found a hedge for a massive pee lol!!!! So funny but we were all so pleased to see him & to give him a massive hug. You will be pleased to know that he has been out for heaps of bimbles, runs and to the beach – very much loved boy. Thank you for all your assistance & patience with us and should i hear of anyone moving with pets – we will recommend you.

I would like to thank you two for making our move from Matamata (NZ) to Perth (AUS) stress free. Our two dogs Narco (Rottweiler) and Jess (Border Collie) are big babies when it comes to be away from us and you two made their move the easiest part of moving to Perth. Both dogs were treated like Queens by you and it made us feel completely at ease about the whole situation. Especially me who hadn’t seen the dogs in over four months by the time they arrived in Perth. They have settled in really well and are enjoying life in Australia. I would and have recommend you to anyone who has asked about moving from NZ and wanting to take their pets . You guys are great and have that natural love for animals which makes us owners feel great and at ease. Moving country is hard enough with organising furniture etc, let alone pets, but with people like you two it is easier.Monique, we can’t thank you enough for what you did for Narco & Jess and us. It was a lot of fun picking them up from the airport, luckily enough I had met someone who worked in the Live Animal part a few days before they arrived and he told me exactly where to go to get them, as I didn’t get any notification from the Airline. Also he got our two babies through before anyone else. Narco was funny as I was worried that maybe she forgot me, but you should have seen her when I spoke to her through the cage – she just about broke through!!!!!!Thanks again and believe me I will be recommending you.
